20-day 'cindy' challenge (+1 round a day) starting Oct. 6th
I really don't want to post too many rules for this challenge. i don't believe that is in the xfit spirit of scaling. if everyone chooses to complete the challenge their own way it is acceptable as long as they keep up with the overall total. i do feel that i should post some rules as to make it competitive for the individuals that would like to complete the challenge as Rx'd.
The Rules: 1. a round of 'cindy' consist of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, & 15 squats. 2. each day an additional round will be added to the total # of rounds to be completed for that day. (ex. 1 round for day 1, 2 rounds for day 2, etc...) 3. You have to complete all of that days Rx'd rounds in one set. 4. This challenge is intended to be a daily challenge to be performed all 7 days of the week. (although Crossfit Affliction http://crossfitaffliction.typepad.com/ is competing in the same challenge with 5 on/ 2 off which is acceptable for the Rx'd status) 5. If for some reason you miss a day, you have to make up all the missed rounds the following day (it can be divided into two sets: the make up set & today's set) 6. If you don't start the challenge with us today, you can "buy-in" at any time by doing ALL the missed day's total rounds over the course of the challenge in order to catch up by the end of the 20 days. 7. Any pull-ups, push-ups, or squats you complete during your regular workout can NOT count towards that day’s Challenge 8. It is optional if the challengers would like to keep track of their times and post them daily. let's all have fun with this and if anyone has any input please share. |

Its official. I am calling is Apollo's Challenge. I posted it on our site to be completed after our WOD and Core Work. There is gonna be a lot of people down here in Lauderdale that are gonna hate your azz. LOL Great job!! |

I'm out before it even started!!!! Bust my shoulder over the weekend. Will buy in later on though when my shoulder feels like returning to normal!

Funny thing. I posted the Challenge on the Board and so far everyone is into it. Yeah, at one round. Wait till we start getting over 5,6,7,etc.. Its gonna suck. lol
I did my first round in 31 seconds after a Heavy Shoulder Day. Since we are doing ours after the WOD it is gonna get real interesting depending on what the WOD's are. Confusion. |
