Praise for the Hatch squat program
using 4 successive cycles of the Hatch squat program, I pushed my max BS to 135kg (at 75kg BW), up from 112.5kg I had one year ago.
I want to recommend this program to all of you, it is good, it works, even for a 38 year old guy like me who has no time to sleep and not enough determination to eat the right way.
