not happy with the results at all! i've been slacking on my nutrition and am now paying for it with my decreased energy levels and lethargic state of mind. i ate healthy today so hopefully i will feel a lot more energized tomorrow. no more slacking!

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

completed:
run 400m (treadmill @ 7.0, last round walked for 15s at 3.5)
21 1.5 pood KB swings (last round split into 11, 5s rest, 10)
12 kipping pullups ( last round split into 6, 5s rest, 6)

time = 11:15

3x 1.5 pood KB Turkish Get Up


what a difference a day makes. started eating healthy yesterday and today i feel amazing! woke up early and had a great breakfast at 6am, got to the gym at 8 and did a great warmup and then met Helen for the first time. i watched OPT's video of the 6:59 Helen and that was my inspiration. i was amazed that i could run at 7 nonstop for the first 2 rounds and still complete them without stopping. felt great today!

95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups

Time: 4:37 (PR)

killed my old Fran time of 7:01!

i was kind of apprehensive before attempting the WOD because i did not feel as energetic as i normally do and i really wanted to complete Fran with a sub 5 min time. but when i got started it felt amazing! first round went without any breaks. second and third round i split each exercise in half with a 2 to 5 second rest. i was amazed when i finished and looked at the stop watch. i knew that i would beat my old time but was ecstatic to find out that i actually finished with a sub 5 min time!

after i finished, i lay on the floor for what felt like forever, trying to catch my breath. my heart was pounding so hard that i swear i could see it through my shirt and my head felt like it would explode. my forearms were in such pain that i thought i would never be able to grip anything... ever! it was one of the best feelings i ever had after a workout! i can't wait to see what the pain will be like when i eventually get my time down to sub 4 or even 3 minutes!

Fran you whooped my butt!
