Today...

C&J (full squat cleans)
5 rounds of 3:

Practiced 2 rounds w/ a 45# bar
65/70/75/75/80

New PR!

Tabata:
Squats - 14
Pushups - 11

Congrats Nikki! 80lbs is awesome!

Yesterday: 5x3 95lbs. tabata: squats: 12 pushups: 9

I really just logged on because I got on the scale this morning & I am below 190lb for the first time in 2 years. I am ecstatic!!! Thank you Jason and crew. Of course now I just need to get through 2 Turkey dinners and not stray too far off the paleo path!

Wow! Congrats Viv!
I passed on C&Js yesterday for
a 1.5 mile run (11'17")
the pull-up ladder: 9's +5 as I made a sad effort for 10 (50 total and 1 rung up from prev PR)
deadlift practice
and an excellent yoga class led by Jason

Today's am WOD was Cindy:
Bruce (with jumping Pull-ups and knee Push-ups) got 9 and 2/3 rounds. This blew his old PR out of the water by more than doubling it
I was out to beat my old, sad PR of 12, and set a goal of 15, but wound up at a pretty decent 14. Not quite but an improvement all the same.
I'm planning to follow the Canadian Combat Fitnes Program until I go to Texas. I'll try to post results and hopefully signs of how effective it is in place of the traditional basic PT stuff

Viv...I am so happy and proud of you. You are doing amazing. You are losing weight, while adding muscle. So, you are actually losing more fat then the scale is telling you. Keep it up! Like Susie said, it is only one day, then get right back on the wagon.

Your clean and jerks look great. You have developed excellent form on the olympic lifts

Virtuosity - doing the common, uncommonly well...that is you!

Brett - nice work. No doubt you will make us proud in Texas! Definitely keep us posted on your progress.

Everyone else, hopefully I'll see you tonight. If not have a great Turkey Day and I will see you Friday.

My wrist didn't like the 50lb kettlebell too much on the first round so I had to switch to 40lb on the other two.

Nice job tonight with Helen!!!

The team workout was fun to watch, you guys all really pushed! You deserve some turkey, but lay off the pie...

John J. - don't go too crazy eating! I can see it in your eyes...

Jess and Ted - kick some butt in the turkey trot, represent us!

I might stop by in the morning and do 30 MU if anyone is interested, if not see y'all Friday at 12pm.
