too bad it's sumo with straps.... i'd be curious to see what happened to his numbers with a longer ROM DL and his own hands.

Cool, just linked to the 315lb push press vid too...I max'd out at 185 after Grace...guess the roof is higher than I thought.

I hate short arm/leg guys.

He hits 675 x 3 and a 315 PP, strong work!

Don't hate the player...beat him at his game if you can. If not, be happy with what you can do.

If this guy is in any way comfortable upside down doing HSPU, I think his Diane time will be...speedy gonzalez-esque.

Of course, as a Brooklyn native, I loved the music selection from Jerry's link. That song came out when I was a senior in high school.

OK, now I feel old.

Great strength and muscular endurance are one thing and these guys seem to have it though, again I'd like to see it without straps. The rest of the package I'm betting would annihilate the speed at which the first guy is doing his deads as well as the load.

I must still admit that I am impressed but I am content with my PR of 315x3 at 145lbs of bodyweight something I very much intend to smoke!

He did use straps for some of those lifts, but no belt (that I could see), and no knee wraps.

I'd say that was pretty hardcore.

There is a 705x3 that was strapless.

I say: Strong Work!
