1st time: 3min 50sec ( w/95lbs for thrusters, BW pullups)
2nd time: 2min 40sec (same as above) I didn't rest in between the thrusters and pullups but I did miss count the first 21 pullups and my friend timing me said I did 19 so I jumped up and did the last 2. It took me 30min to keep myself from puking and at least 1.5 hours to start to feel myself again. Is that normal? |

For a time like that on Fran, I'd say yes. That (2:40) is REALLY fast.
Now wheather or not that is desirable (feeling like crap for upwards of a couple of hours) is another story... |

I lean towards Yes, this is the price you pay for super-quick fran, diane or elizibeth times. Perhaps the body eventually becomes better at functioning under the high lactic-acid levels that these elicit, but until then it's like jumping off the table just in time during a lethal injection...you *probably* won't die, but you wish you could ;)
Oh yeah, and good job! My best is 4:38...and that was killer! |

8:45 hardly "sucks", Mark. It's not bad.
2:40, on the other hand, is something not of this world (or, at least, not of our species). Feeling sick is definitely the price I would pay for a time even twice that fast. |

I have the same problem. My best time for Fran so far is around 5min. Afterwards I have to hold back from puking and I usually feel extremely tired. It can take a few hours for me to recover. I think its normal considering the amount work being done at such an intense pace.
2:40! I will be happy when I get a sub 4min Fran. |

I'll be happy when I get a sub 10 minute Fran! 2:40 is freakish, unreal.
