Re: What time is bedtime?

I like to get the kids to sleep by 8:30p and fall asleep myself by 9:30 pm. Usually I wake up around 6-6:30a. I get woke up many times a night, so I need a lot of time. I usually try to workout during Lily's morning nap- which is about 9:30a-10:30a.

Re: What time is bedtime?

In bed by 9:30 PM.

Up at 4:30 AM.

I love getting to the gym in the dark. It makes weekends tough, though. My friend make fun of me when I'm yawning at 10 PM on Saturday night. But they're a bunch of lazy slackers.

Re: What time is bedtime?

Usually asleep sometime slightly before or after 12. Get up at around 6.

I'm having a difficult time believing Corey. How could you live like that long term?

Re: What time is bedtime?

It's not long term. I'm working two jobs during a semester off of school so I won't have to work as much during the school year. I usually catch up on Saturdays where I don't have to wake up early. I only have to keep it up until the last week of May.

Well, good luck with that. When I worked as a lifeguard during the summers when I was in highschool I knew some international lifeguards (from Eastern Europe) who routinely have 3 hrs total sleep for a several day period because they had both day and night jobs. I just found it difficult to understand how they could continue to act like normal people.

Re: What time is bedtime?

My moto is 9h of sleep is heaven, So whenever I can I'll aim for 9h of sleep.
But it usually comes down to aiming for 8h ( stupid reality of life) and getting around 7h.

So on good days id sleep as soon as 0930PM and wake up at 0530, but sometimes I sleep later like 10ish-1030ish
