Deadlift Check

PR'd at 400 in this video (up 50 from a CF total 2 months before).

Congrats on the PR--a few things I'd fix to get you pulling more weight:

-Set your lower back a bit better right before you pull. Think big chest and arched lower back and deep breath to keep it all tight.
-See how your knees come forward around the 18 second mark of the video? That means you're losing some hamstring tension and hitching a bit, which means the lift would probably be red-lighted in a competition. Once you get the bar off the floor think about pushing your knees back.

Your lift actually looks very similar to the video Justin is diagnosing in this blog post (WFS, aside from a little language).
