Feet are on fire

Mostly my left foot. Underneath The big toe joint on the foot. It's like a burning pain that has gotten worse over the coarse of a week. It hurts now to even walk.

I think it came on from and increase in wrestling practice and plyometric jumps. I know I should stay off of it, but I have a competition in a month. The comp is a big opportunity I can't miss. Anybody have this before?

Def not gout. No history or family history. I'm thinking stress fracture or something

Re: Feet are on fire

Is there any chance that they're actually on fire? Happened to me once, and I didn't realize it until a doctor diagnosed it.

Re: Feet are on fire

Sometimes a thing called sesamoiditis can occur or stress fracture of the sesamoid bone which is a floating bone on the bottom of the big toe, modification usually heals it, get it checked if not better
