Strength work
5-3-1 DL's
used 300# 1RM for my progression, had me ending up at for the las rep 255, but it wasn't really too difficult, so I cranked out 10 reps. Need to increase my 1RM for next week's progression!

used 105lb scheme, was too easy, will need to increase 1RM for next time.

21-15-9
Push Press 115lb was Rx (first 21 were at 105, 15 & 9 had to drop to 95)
