Fat to Fit

Ok....well not yet, but that's my goal. I just joined the local box near me and am looking forward to getting fit. Thanks for all the valuable info you guys post on this site, it's a big part of what led me to join. I've only done the baseline and participated in the Lumberjack 20 on Saturday (scaled way down to my ability level) that left me waaaaaaay sore.

My stats:

28 y.o.
267 lbs
35% BF

7:15 Baseline that left me nauseous for a good 20 mins

Welcome Stu! I see that you're in Scottsdale! I live in Gilbert but I'm always down to meet new CF peeps. Hit me up sometime.
