Fat Guy getting Fit Log

Started about a month ago and it seems to be going pretty good.. Started 6'3 278.. after a month of doing the WOD's and 3-5 miles on rest days and BJJ 3-5 nights a week I"m down to 266; still 6'3 so that's good.
Ideally I'd like to be down to 225 and get my blue belt by Marchish; maybe April.

Added a little somethin somethin to Mr Joshua because I can never remember what I'm supposed to do once I get to the gym:

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
185 benchpress 10 reps
Gave myself 20 mins to finish and didn't come close so I kept going and did 4 rounds in 33 mins; I was pretty frustrated with myself so I went and gotta couple double cheeseburgers.

Did this one (Nate) last night but couldn't remember what to do *again* so did my own thing kinda
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups *8 pull ups and 8 dips*
4 Handstand Push-ups *10 of these devils*
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings *70 pound dumbell 10 reps*
Did 8 rounds of this (my brother killed me with 10 rounds)

weighed in at 268.5 today.. that kinda sucks but it's expected being as my diet is terrible! why did the Lord create sweet tea?

weighed 265.. did the 1-1-1-1-1 thing with standing shoulder press 135-135-155-155-165-165

also rolled for 75 mins bjj tonight and didn't get gassed!!!! thank you crossfit!

Dude! Cross fit is amazing! I know what you mean by getting gassed when rolling around. Before I found Crossfit, at my MA school we had a guy come in and do ground fighting with us, in bjj style. Within minutes I was gasping for air. I've been crossfitting on and off for about a year, and so last week we had ground work again at the MA school. I couldn't believe the difference! I went through the class and I was actually able to deeply enjoy it since I wasn't focusing on not dying from being gassed out. Go Crossfit!!! Keep it up the good work!
