Good morning!

This is my first post, but I just wanted to thank everyone (coaches, presenters, organizers, participants) for a wonderful weekend in San Diego! I really enjoyed the training seminar and learned a lot, but I definitely still have a WHOLE LOT more to learn! ^_^ I hope to attend more seminars in the future--and hopefully next time I'll be able to convince more ppl to do Crossfit and tag along with me!

Again, Thanks to everyone!!!

Maiko, welcome to CrossFit!
Your personal progress will be the best thing you can "say" to your friends about the benefits of CrossFit.

Thanks Greg!

I'm not sure if I met you at the seminar either, but if you happened to be around Coach Burgener's area Saturday afternoon you might have seen me fall flat on my butt while attempting to do a snatch

Yeah Maiko! I wanted to see how you enjoyed the seminar (as if I didnt know). Great to see you posting here.

For everyones info, she got into CF from Krav Maga (good job on the KM boards Jeff), and decided to go to the Seminar after just about a month of training. What a way to get going!

If you haven't ever fallen on your butt while attempting a snatch, you haven't been practicing snatches enough!
