Lower Back Pain on One Side

I did something to the left side of my lower back around Christmas (not sure how). It would hurt to sneeze and working out was pretty much out of the question. Doctor diagnosed it as a lumbar strain with a slight possibility of a herniated disk. I took three weeks off and have been managing since as the pain is on and off.

The funny thing is it doesn't bother me unless I do front or back squats (fine with OH squats). Specifically the pain arrives when I rack the bar after doing a set, not during the actual exercise.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any recommendations in terms of stretching/mobility?

Get yourself to a physical therapist man.... if after the doc said to rest for a couple weeks and it doesn't improve you should get professional help.

Sure you can try to do it yourself but it's pretty much just throwing **** against the wall and seeing what sticks (aka not a good thing).
