I am looking at purchasing some blast straps. What are other people's thoughts on them? Any better suggestions? I would prefer something with rings on the ends instead of d-bar like handles. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I like adding them for added body weight training.

Matthew,

Maybe I'm not following you. Are you asking what ones are best or whether or not we like them?

Matthew,
the two links that John posted are two manufacturers of portable rings for body weight exercises. Many crossfitters use them and you can find quite a bit of information on them(as well as some other options) if you use the search function. I personally have the elite rings from www.ringtraining.com (w/f safe) and I'm happy with them.
