I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pair. My specs are as followed (I'm sure it's pretty much common sense what I need):

1. Waterproof/water drainable
2. Black leather polishable
3. Can run in them relatively comfortably
4. Must have zipper or be able to install a zipper.

Check out Chippewa's selection. I picked up a nice pair of station boots that they made.

My department just ordered a new shipment of Thorogood fire boots. We are getting the Structural Fire style. We are getting away from the rubber style. I tried on a pair when I was being fitted and I liked the comfort and overall feel of them. You can view this site and see if there are other styles that might suit you.
good luck.

Do you mean station boots or turnout (bunker) boots? The 2 answers you've gotten so far refer to very different types of boots. What is the purpose?
