Grand Canyon, Arizona. Rim-rim-rim hike in 16 hours 29 minutes and 30 seconds. (about 46 miles with too much loss/gain to compute at this time)

Left knee hurts and right A.tendon is swollen.

No WOD today except pullups, rings, HSPU.

You sure that's enough work for one day?

20 minutes: 5 HSPU, 10 pullups, 15 pushups for five rounds and 6 knees to elbows, 10 pullups, 15 dips for four rounds.

A few singles of 'dragon doors'. Still tired and sore from hike the other day. Constructed new pullup station of 4" pipe hanging from rope--no cheating on this one!

One arm pullup(s) X3 right arm, one arm pullup(s) with minor assist X3 left arm.

3X8 towel pullups

3 muscle ups, 5 pullups--not leaving the bar X3--hard! followed by bodyweight bench(170)3X10

More dragon flags and psuedo-planch pushups.

End with some handstand walking and L-sit.

A. tendon still sore....

You should stop by Crossfit Sedona on your way back from the Big Ditch...

Modified todays WOD due to Achilles tendon stress: 12 inverted burpees, 25 pulups and 12 burpees without the jump and clap--completed four rounds.

Turkish-get-ups: worked up to 65lbs with the barbell, only one with this weight for each arm.

Finished with some stomach excercises

Completed one free standing HSPU and continued to almost get some others!!

Workout consited of the following: 5 muscle-ups, 5 dips, 5 pullups without ever letting go of the rings--this consists of one set---descending to a single muscle-up/dip/pullup combo.

Back lever for time: 7 seconds
Two back lever pull-throughs

Some practice on one-legged front lever, and straddle--still have a long way to go!

Finished with knees to elbows and full range HSPU on parallel bars (against the wall)

Walked 57 feet on hands and completed TWO free HSPU's!!!! I think I have the feel for the free HSPU--get your weight on those fingers....

A couple of back levers on the playground swing-set while the kids played--harder on a bigger diameter bar. Practiced the flag and one-armed elbow lever.

Cleaned, but no jerked for a few rounds, bench press to 205 lbs., psuedo-planch pushups and ended with:
bar MU, drop to 4 feet with both hands and full body dyno. back up. These can be done a Smith machine--you can move the bar up or down depending on how far you want to drop/dyno.

Climbing in Sedona-- hard times on an slight over-hanging hand/fist crack.

Took it easy, testing the Achilles tendon for upcoming climb.
