Re: My garage gym!!!!

Our newest shirt, each athlete got to put whatever they wanted on the back. Most chose a single word that best described them.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

It's the summer so of course we all have kegs laying around. I'm building a fitness program for my Fire Department and I'm looking for some good caveman implements on the cheap! Ideas?

It's 2016 and we are still going strong in the garage, anybody have any experience with radiant heaters?

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Probably not the best choice - I had my garage finished about a month ago (final spackle and paint), and picked up a top tank dual propane heater so that the spackle and paint would dry quickly.

I used it a few times to heat the garage prior to lifting. I keep one of the garage doors open about 8" to exhaust any fumes. It takes a good 30-45 min to warm the garage to a comfortable temp. I shut the heater when lifting, and fumes are little to nonexistent.
