Ok guy's lets talk about eating in a less analitical senses than most of the conversation here.
What are your top ten favorite foods? rank on taste and nutritional value.
Also, give us a favorite recipe or food combination.
Just for conversation's sake and to see if I get any new ideas.

This is my favorite recipe, but I'd welcome comments on its healthfulness, specifically the non-stick coating on the pan:
Lox and Chard
Heat up olive oil and pepper in a non-stick pan.
Throw in thinly sliced onions to brown.
Throw in chopped up salmon lox and rainbow chard.
Mix around while the chard reduces in size a bit.
As the pan dries out, throw in watered down tomato paste (about 1-2 tablespoons paste in 4 tablespoons water).
Throw in roasted macadamia nuts. You're done when they're warmed a bit.
I also like this with ground beef (thanks Robb) instead of lox and I add shredded raw carrot at the end.
