Jeff C Log

OCT 15 2007

I've been flirting with the ladies here for a couple of months. Decided to commit a month ago and waited to start a log until I felt confident I could do the complete WODs ( slow but complete).

No new story here. Endurance athlete in my youth 4 kids and 20 years with a wonderful women and poof I'm 40 working 60+ hours a week, overpaid and grossly out of shape. 6"0" 217 lbs (%BF ???)

217.5lbs
Completed the WOD as RX'd - Time - a joke

Goal - Much Much Fitter and sub 200. I'll have more specific goals as my capacity increases.

Warm up complete
Apparently running is a weakness. Couldn't complete a 10K. Weigh-in tomorrow.
