Does this still work if the image is on my hard drive? Can't seem to get it to work. I know it's me, and not the code.

Found it.

Post the pic in a blog post then copy and paste the pic html into the code Rahsaan posted above.

Is there a way to track how many hits your site gets?

we use www.sitemeter.com (wfs), it's free. all you need to do is copy and paste the html into a "new page element". you can then just click on the meter and get your stats.
