Official Blogspot Help Thread

Do any of you have trouble with a graphic made in Photoshop not staying up in the banner/header of your page? I keep getting an empty spot with the error X box in the upper left-hand corner of the header box like when an image cannot be displayed. Its irritating me beyond belief as I have little patience for technological problems. Anyone know how I can fix it? Blogger's tech support sux balls.

maybe it has something to do with where the photo is hosted?

Did you upload the file directly to blogger or onto another photo hosting site? If it not directly uploaded to Blogger, I would upload it there (or reload, if that's the case)

I have tried both uploading directly onto blogger and then tried using the photo from another host (Photobucket). They both worked for me, but someone said that they weren't able to see it properly when I had the photo hosted elsewhere.

I'll try reuploading it. I have it loaded directly to Blogger from my computer. I did not have it hosted.

Randy- I had the same problem. I use typepad. I had to upload the picture file via control panel / files and make sure the html referenced that uploaded file.

if that doesnt work contact your web host company, they should have support that is usually pretty good. all of mine have online support that works well.

Blogger hosts it and their support is next to nil. I want to talk to live person, not chat group, not emailing constantly, a ****ing person! It makes me wanna
