We looked everywhere in our tiny town and opted for the out of the way light industrial --main drag space was just too small ! We run up to 30 people in a Saturday am class so the space is necessary ! Remember you will want vertical height which will be hard to find in main drag strip mall spaces. Rob Wolf is a lucky guy !
