Re: My SLAP Journey...
A year and a bit after surgery, I've been getting a bit of discomfort in the shoulder when I sleep. Feels like a pinching at the front. Initially it was combined with mild pain with pressure down the front of my arm (tendon?). No pain with activity (I mainly do power yoga), and shoulder feels really strong and stable.
I went back to the physio for a couple of sessions and he did various tests didn't think it was anything to worry about, mild strain. I also have pain in my neck from time to time - but i think that's caused from poor posture sitting at a computer. Neck pain wouldn't cause a pinching in the front of the shoulder would it? I'm probably stressing about this more than needed as it really is mild, but it bothers me when sleeping. Although not currently as I'm staying in a 5* hotel with a huge soft mattress pad. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I go and see the doctor again? |

Re: My SLAP Journey...
Read your initial post. Now I'm terrified my lingering shoulder issue is a SLAP tear as well...
