Thanks to nine months of CF, I was able to go waterskiing for the first time in about 20 years. Two days later I attempted to do " Candy". On the first pullup I instantly developed a severe cramp in both arms and immediately dropped off the bar. I couldn't extend my elbows or wrists for about 20 mins. The next day, during CFWU,I attempted one pullup and got a sustained cramp in both lats. Is all this due to the isometric contaction from the waterskiing? Anything to do but lay off pullups for a while? Any help appreciated.

It sounds like your just overworking both your lats and wrist flexors. I wouldn't layoff per se, just make sure you give your self enough rest between levels of activity.
