Rogue rubber tiles

Does anyone have any insight regarding how good of a job these tiles do at deadening sound and vibration? Building a new house and want to see if using these to build a platform in the garage is going to deaden sound and vibration enough or if I should dig the basement deeper and have the home gym down there.

Thanks in advance
