Hi, I am new to this forum and website. I will start my threads with my inquiry about my personal nutrition. I play soccer at least 5 days a week (after school) and during school I work out my upper body only. At the end of 2004 I weighed 168 pounds and maxed bench @ 215, this was after approximately 3 months ( 2 or 3 bottles, i'm not sure) of a supplement with protein, creatine, and some other "helpers" mixed into one bottle (i think it called "10-in-one" or something close). I ran the 40 yard dash in the low 4.6s and really I felt quite strong.
It is now February 22, and throughout this entire semester I have not taken any supplements whatsoever. At this time, I weigh 158 pounds and could bench 185 twice today; I probably cannot get 215! In the near future (fall of 2005) I will be playing college soccer...so, Should I resume taking my previous supplements with creatine, protein, and other stuff.... or should I only take protein.... or should I completely stay off like I have been? Thank you for your help.

This is a bit hard to answer other than if you are missing a meal due to the lack of supplements I'd add them back. If you are really wanting to fine tune your nutrition it may require some significant investment. Check out the "josh" thread for an example.

Mark. I would also check if any of the substances contained within the suppliment are baned by the NCAA. I also could safely say, the suppliment wasn't even 5% responsible for your past performance.
