There's your problem Brad. Unleaded is like drinking Soy Protein shakes. No wonder your face armor isn't coming in. Switch to Diesel.....farm grade if available.

Back to the OP. Here's my list of supplements i've found work the best for life in general:

Coffee
Bourbon
Copenhagen
Diet Coke

Damn, and I've been using the 87 grade... FML.

Finally, someone tells me how it is.

To the OP: Sorry.

Re: What supplements to take to get the best results

Thanks everyone, for your help!

My diet isn't that bad.. I guess.. I eat minimal carbs and try and avoid eating lots of sugars. So dinner is like meat and vegetable and sometimes kumara... and breakfast is avocado with bacon and eggs and sometimes sausages.. However, I have been trying to do the liquid breakfast of milk, protein powder, peanut butter, banana and blue berries...

So from what i can gather... these are all i need:
Protein powder (i use the 100% gold standard whey)
fish oils
creatine

So should creatine be taken after each workout session?

D3 isn't a bad idea if you live indoors.

Re: What supplements to take to get the best results

My Supplements:
1. Multi-Vitamin: Opti-Men (have not found any that are as good as this)
2. I drink Fishoil +D for EFA's/Vitamin D
3. I have been using HMB w/ Creatine by Blonyx for the last little bit and like it.
4. BCAA's are either Muscle Pharm Amino1 or the AminoX by BSN
5. Protein is Muscle Pharm Combat Powder or Syntha-6 (I like the extra calories and it tastes like a Unicorn punched me in the face- yeah that good. I also drank it before Froning made it cool).

I tend to cycle through different protein companies frequently because I get tired of them. I have tried almost every protein out there.

Yes that is all you need. Beta alanine might be good pre-workout to give you a little extra endurance but it will make your lips and face tingle. Preworkouts are expensive but optional if you think they're worth the money.

creatine = take 5 grams a day anytime

You are perpetuating a myth, or a misconception I often see. Beta-Alanine taken only as a pre-workout won't do much of anything. You need to use it daily to experience its full benefits. One of its primary theorized mechanisms of action is the buildup of carnosine in your muscle cells. Taken it only pre-workout, unless you train 7 days per week will not do that effectively.

My mistake. A lot of people like to take it pre-workout. Possibly for placebo effect or because you can feel it (tingles) and it's also in a lot of pre-workout drinks. I'm not as well-read on beta alanine as creatine but I know that studies show it actually does something which is why I mentioned it.
