What’s up, y’all? To quote the Rolling Stones, “Please allow me to introduce myself...” I came over to Crossfit from Get Fit Now/Stew Smith SEAL training (I’m not actually training for the teams). I’ve been doing the WOD off and on since July, but unfortunately there was a three month period when I did almost nothing. Now, I am back trying to keep pace. What can I say about this incredible program and community that hasn’t already been said. Bottom line – Crossfit works. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Coach, Lauren, Lani, and some other CF stars. These people are the real deal. Truly inspiring. I am continually motivated and “coached” by all of the great Crossfitters around the globe. I probably have more questions than answers, but I look forward to being part of this elite group of athletes. Thanks you guys and keep putting out.

Welcome, Michael!

Get Fit Now was the very first fitness-related website I ever visited regularly--way back in 1996 or so. I really like Stew's programs for what they are, but Crossfit is the absolute best. Good to have you aboard.

Nice Rolling Stones reference Michael, you're obviously a "man of wealth and taste!"

All I can say is, welcome home!

Sometimes "Welcome" can be just a slogan for a doormat, but here it really feels like it means something. Thanks everyone.

Michael,

What took you so long to get over here? I remember meeting you at Petranek Fitness grand opening. Welcome.

Coach --

After we met I had three outside projects going as well as my day job and I purchased/moved into my first home. I don't know if that's a good excuse for letting my fitness slide, but it seemed like it at the time. Anyway, here I am and thanks for all you do here. Good luck with Crossfit Live on Sun.

Don't forget to tune in everyone -- http://www.crossfitlive.com Feb 20 7p pst -- it should be great.
