Junior Oly-lifter

Figured I might as well start a log online, with junior natls in about a week positive encouragement would be great. A little about myself: My name is Jake, I'm 19 and currently go to school at georgia tech. In high school I was a mid distance runner, my best times being a 1:52 800m and 4:42 1600m in my junior year. End of that year I found crossfit and trained like that for about a year and a half before I switched to olympic weightlifting. I'm at a little over a year of oly training and my biggest meet, junior nationals, is next weekend. My training numbers going in thus far (as a 77) are a 120 snatch and 137 c&j. Some auxiliary numbers: 170 back squat, 142 front squat, 140 jerk (for a triple), 120 power clean, 90 power snatch, 77 press. I will post my daily training here leading up to juniors.

Yesterday went as follows:

Noon training:
Snatch: 40x3(muscle), 50x2(muscle), 70x2, 90, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120x(behind)

4pm:
Snatch: (warmup to 90 is generally the same so I will just post 90+) 100, 100, 102.5, 102.5, 105, 105, 107.5x, 107.5x, 100x1x10
cln+2jerk: 70,90,100,110
c&j: Pwr: 70,90,100,110 Full: 120
back squat: 70, 120, 150x2, 160, 150x6
Snatch Pulls: 127.5x2x2

Pwr Cln + 2 Jerk: 70, 90, 100, 110 (5 jerks @ 110)
