Tweaked muscles and fish oil

I take approximately a total of 9g of dha/epa per Robb Wolf's calculator and have been doing so for about a month. This morning during sprints, I tweaked my hamstring pretty good to the point of being out for at least a week. Would it be beneficial at all to increase my fish oil intake during this recovery? If so, how much? Yes I warmed up properly and now I'm icing and stretching etc... Thanks.
