Its been a LONG time coming. Last one was a 5 lb PR on any type of clean, and on a clean and jerk. More in the tank.

3 Position Clean and Power Jerk
135x1, 145x1, 155x1, 165x1, 175x1, 185x1, 195x1, 205x1, 215x1, 225x1

More volume. Did these from the top down and felt good about them.

Pull Ups

Dips

Backed things down a little bit here, just felt taxed.

Last was a PR Power Jerk. Brings this up to right in line with 90% of my best jerk.

Clean Pull
70x3, 80x3, 90x3, 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 140x1x5, 150x1x5

Worked on keeping weight distributed well through out my feet. Just volume.

Midline

10 Hollow Rock

Grueling four days, but very rewarding as far as accomplishments.

More volume warming up, and it paid off pretty well with a good day here. At least 100 is the goal anytime I do this.

Clean and Jerk
70x2, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 117 (F), 117x1, 123x1

Following a plan here. Just lazy on the one that I missed.

Front Squat
70x2, 90x1, 110x1, 120x1, 130x1, 138x1, 144x1, 130x3, 117x5

As planned. Moving this weight up some next week.

Bench Press
20x10, 70x8, 90x3, 70x8, 100x3, 70x8, 109x3, 70x8, 117x3

As planned here too. Last set was a real grind, but it was the goal weight.

Did these in Nanos, didn't feel like taking my lifting shoes out. They felt good. Little different, but not hard at all.

Conditioning

Anytime you break, run to speed bump (~200 Meters)

Saw it on Jay Rhodes' log and it looked too interesting not to do. Was tough. Runs were predictably slow. Broke the sets 12/9, 6/6/6, 6/5/4.

Very happy with today, went exactly according to plan. All the reps from 80 up were done OTM. Wasn't sure if things were going to work out after three or four reps at 85 but locked in and really rocked the second half. No misses.

Snatch Deadlift
100x3, 100x3, 110x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 137x3, 120x5

Getting volume. These felt good.

3 Push Press, 2 Push Jerk, 1 Split Jerk
60x6, 80x6, 80x6, 90x6, 95x6, 100x6

Not a ton of volume here as far as sets, but I got what I came to get. Did these from BTN which I've never done before because my left elbow is still a little sticky. Dropped all the reps to the blocks each time.

Barbell Rows
100x5, 105x5, 105x5, 110x5, 110x5

Good.

Attempted twice to get on an OTM clock for the reps from 100 on up but decided that honestly, I just didn't want to. Happy with this. Made the volume that I wanted with no misses and was disciplined enough to stop where I told myself I would.

Back Squat
45x10, 135x10, 225x5, 275x3, 315x1, 345x1, 360x1, 375x1, 340x3, 305x5

These are starting to get heavy. Going to start being judicious about when and where I use the pauses here on these.

Snatch Press BTN
100x10, 100x10, 100x10, 100x10, 100x10

Pull Ups
5x10

Dips
5x10

Giant set style.

Sets felt good here, particularly the last one at the goal weight for the next meet.

Good until it wasn't. Built exactly how I wanted to up to 104 and then just lost the plot. Neither one there was particularly close. Waved down to 90 and missed one in front and one behind and decided to leave it.

Made the goal but suffered to get there, weight felt heavy today.

Front Squat
70x3, 100x2, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1, 150x1, 135x2, 135x2, 122x3, 122x3

Same as the clean and jerks. Did what I wanted.

Press

Last one would have been a new 5RM, just got out of the groove.

Just played around with some speed clean ladders today, didn't go any higher than 245 (Didn't even bother with putting shoes on) but it was pretty fun.

Hit this as a team of 3, one person working station style on each part of the AMRAP. We rotated after both working partners had completed their parts. No idea of the actual score. I think we were 3 and change on each of the first two, and then 4 and change on the last.
