I'm prone to injuries and overtraining, but even though I hate supplements I'd rather drink fish oil than clean up my diet. What brand is best for me?

Pint of Carlson's fish oil every day. Drink the pint between pints of beer.

Sam's Club Member's Mark® Omega 3 Fish Oil - 6993mg/$

The problem with the sams is it doesnt break down the EPA/DHA.

Better to go with the Kirkland Enteric Costco Brand

http://www.ifosprogram.com/IFOS/ConsumerReport.aspx

International Fish Oil Standards. Testing company that tests fish oil sent to them by companies. I would look on there before buying anything.

I use Norwegian Gold Critical Omega which is rated a 5 star by IFOS. 60/day supply for 25 or so at Vitamin Shoppe.
