Day 2!

Spent mid-day food shopping and ended up eating the rest of my meals so late. Need to eat earlier to make sure it's all in well before 10p.. I'm shooting for 8:30-ish.

FAT 51.1 ()
CHO 134.6 (-5.4g)
PRO 108.0 (+3g)

As suspected, had to get in one more meal just before midnight. I had some turkey breast with home-made gravy and one slice of wheat bread

New daily totals:
Cals: 1858
Carbs: 166g
Fat: 28g
Protein: 218g

Pretty sure you can add them in - because eventually a pound does get you more than a few there... Greg can chime in tho.

Day 2.

So - yet another unplanned/unpacked day. Ugh.

6a. americano (1 coffee of the day), Buck's ridiculously expensive veg plate... 15g of PRO from "chicken", tbs. of hummus or so was probably a little fat (5g FAT), plus 3 tomatoes, two pieces of cucumber and 4 carrots (maybe 10g CHO).
9a. 25g of whey PRO and 1 of Greg's granola bars (7g FAT, 4g PRO, 27g CHO) - shhh... don't tell Greg.
12p. @ Reading Terminal and HUNGRY. Ate 1 piece Amaranth Bakery Flat Bread (gluten and refined sugar free and prolly about 25g of CHO, maybe 5g of FAT from binding oils? Yeah. Not the best.) Also 2 oz. of grassfed beef jerky (20g PRO).
2p Cooking up 2 days worth of meals - ate some of it - 2 oz. of wild caught grouper, a bowl of 1 peach (14g CHO) and 1 small kirby cucumber (5g CHO) pureed. 1 more piece of Amaranth flat bread (25g CHO) and 1 tbs. of grassfed butter (12g of FAT). then a 2 hour nap... cause cooking makes me sleepy I guess?
430p decaf iced coffee + 2 tbs. half and half (4g of FAT)
630p. 2 oz. more jerky (20g PRO), and a bunch of carrots (25g CHO)

90g PRO
33g FAT - but I'm betting more because I'm not counting fat in meat?
131g CHO - ha.

Fats = 47.9
Cals = 1403

Target totals:
Pro = 100-110
CHO = 140-150
Fat = 50

Are these targets right? How do I know my lean body fat?

I'm actually looking forward to doing some cooking this weekend to stock up on some meals for the week.
