Re: crossfit certificate I

Lectures on the methods behind CF (defining fitness and functional movements, CVFMHI, IWCABTAMD, intensity, maximizing power output, scalability, all the stuff that'll probably sound familiar if you read the articles and watch the videos off the CFJ), programming, and nutrition.

Classes followed by small group instruction on the 9 foundational movements.

A few stations that you'll rotate through to work on technique for kipping, GHD situps and back extensions, rowing, muscleups, and probably a few more.

A workout or two per day.

Re: crossfit certificate I

expect to be blown away!

ok so seriously, pretty much what Eric said.

I did my lvl 1 just over a week ago and honestly forget about expecting anything just go in there and enjoy it. Just know that you will be doing a workout(s) and you will be learning the 9 movements and all about crossfit and how it works.

oh and btw
