4 Handstand Push-ups bridged on feet
8 45lb Kettlebell swings

10 practice kips on the pull up bar
Puppies if you are unable to kip at all, max hang each round

With a continuously running clock do one 65 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 95 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 65 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
