Up-and-Coming Garage Affiliate Seeks Advice

I have looked at these boards for months without posting, because the FAQ or a quick Google search usually brought me the wisdom I needed. I am now humbly reaching out to those of you who are willing to share your experience.

Six months ago, I found CF and quickly shed unwanted pounds and started to regain the strength I had in my youth. Soon, one of my neighbors joined me, then another, then another, and yet another. This awoke in me, a passion that I never knew existed. Watching my friends and neighbors grow and reach levels of fitness they never imagined they could attain, has been very fulfilling and satisfying to me. As of this month, there are 26 of us working out in my garage gym. This was completely by word of mouth and one neighbor seeing another neighbor's results.

I used the FAQ, the videos, Starting Strength, and Google as well as two months spent at local affiliates to learn the foundations of CF to teach it to my neighbors as best as I could. Be it my former military experience, pure luck or my constant reading of injuries and rhabdo on this board, we have had zero major injuries (only a few minor cases of tendonitis). Last week, I attended a Level I Certification.

Things I have done so far:
1) led myself and 20+ people thru scaled and RX'ed WODs;
2) received my Level I CF Certification;
3) formed an LLC;
4) insurance, and as soon as I am affiliated, I am joining the RRG;
5) equipment on hand in my 20x20 garage: stereo w/iPod dock, 4 pullup stations, 1 pendelay HD bar + 280 pound hi-temp bumper set, 2 Rogue womens bars + bumpers, 1 Rogue mens bar + bumpers, 2 training bars w/250 pounds of steel plates, 4 sets of rings, 4 dynamax balls, 20 foot climbing rope, 35-53-70 pound kettle bells, 18 & 24 inch plyo boxes + 4 inch boosters, 2 SPX stands, GHD, 4 bumper plate racks, 2 Concept 2 rower model D PM3, wall-to-wall rubber matting + 2 4x8 foot sheets of plywood for lifting, pullup bands, 8 foot by 4 inch slosh tube, 4 jump ropes, and ab mats.

Other than continuing to attend educational certifications and seminars, as well as researching on my own, what else do you recommend I do? Have I forgotten anything?

I would like to thank Coach, the Trainers from my Cert, the owners and staff at GSX, and Horned Toad Crossfit for all of their training, help, knowldege and support. Let me also thank all of you long-time posters and affliates that freely share your knowledge, wisdom and experience to help people like me who have found Crossfit and a new sense of purpose and direction in life.

We did a "little" work last night...still a little messy...a few tweaks and we will have it right. I can still pull both cars in

We are getting some use out of the new gear... Is there a "Best Little Crossfit gym in Texas" award?
