Crossfit Saturday Morning Free Workout

So, I went to the free workout on Saturday morning just this weekend and a partner and I did (a total between the two of us):

1 lap around the block
100 pull ups
1 lap around block with kettle bell (26kg)
100 sumo high lifts
1 lap with kb
100 thrusters
1 lap with kb
100 cleans (i think)
1 lap with kb

all the while the person NOT doing the workout would hold the kettle bell.

The workout kicked my butt.
It's monday morning and I'm still feeling it in my legs...

Thanks Crossfit, I'm sold.
