Mental Training

Greetings from the Cape Fear,

I am about to begin training myself for the mental aspects of my sport, which is golf. But valuing this community as I do, I thought that I should ask for some direction.

From my present perspective, my interests are improving positive expectations, relaxation, and focus. If you have advice, a book recommendation, or anything to offer this novice mental gamer, Id be appreciative.

Bill

Re: Mental Training

Meditation, visualization exercises, Zen are all good starting points.
