NEW MEBB Crossfit Workouts

Im just starting my MEBB sessions, and ive just been a little curious as to what WODs are appropriate between ME days. So if anyone else is currently doing MEBB or just starting, post your schedules and some "home-made" workouts that coincide with max effort days.

Re: NEW MEBB Crossfit Workouts

I'm gonna bump this thread up cause I would like to read some input from some of the more (more than me)knowledgable people here on the boards.

Re: NEW MEBB Crossfit Workouts

Harry, have you downloaded the Performance Menu MEBB series? There is quite a bit of guidance as to what type of workouts are recommended on the MetCon days. This article will also give you an idea of the template to use to make your own workouts.

Re: NEW MEBB Crossfit Workouts

I've never really exluded any particular workout because I'm doing MEs. However, I do tend to stick with shorter WODs. My advice is to just listen to your body. If you're sore/spent the day after a ME effort, take a day off or do an "easy" WOD.

Alex, would you mind posting the link to that PM article?

Hell of a value, $2.50 for all 4 articles!
