4 Hour Body book

Anyone else reading Tim ferris's new book? Some interesting stuff. He is a big fan of KB swings, so some decent stuff. Not sure about some of the rest of it...

My copy is being delivered today, a lot of his stuff is hype, but interested in it none-the-less.

Re: 4 Hour Body book

I heard his interview/visit with robb on monday. It was pretty solid. I haven't picked up the book yet, but I like his method he talked about for finding other unconventional solutions to common problems.

Questioning the status quo may not always provide you with a solution, but I think you learn a whole lot more about the problem at hand by doing it.

Re: 4 Hour Body book

Tim Ferris has talked about while writing his books he would place two different covers of the same book on a shelf in a book store and watch to see which gets picked up more. He is a true master at self marketing, and I'm not surprised at all by the amount of press he has generated for himself. I think this guy could write garbage and still have everyone talking about it. That being said, I've know about him in the tech world for a few years and he is a very stand up guy. Some of the experiments on human performance he has talked about sound just plain interesting. I'm expecting good things.

If you haven't seen it, his video promo is probably the coolest thing ever(featuring BMac!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIVmsIJyj3A WFS
