I will be very happy with 21 Nik, game plan is to get a round ahead of time by 5 minutes and hold it with a round a minute for 15 mins.

Sounds like a good plan. The thing I like about it for you is you dont have to move fron the pullup bar so no real interuptions other then people trying to talk to you.

That's the great thing about Cindy, all in one place and people trying to talk to me is no problem , I just totally avoid eye contact and keep moving.

Yep, only had to avoid one talker in the 20 mins today, sadly my score did not live up to what I wanted, was dripping with sweat far too early.

Re: A Bears Tale

21 February 2011

Shoulder Press

72.5k x 2 (so close to 3)
72.5k x 2
72.5k x 1
60k x 9

Cindy C2B plus 22lb weighted vest

20 min AMRAP:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push UPs
15 Squats - 18 rounds 3 PU

Well that's not a pr and not very good, felt like I was going to stop after 7 minutes, really smashed me today and cannot believe how much I sweated, not too worry it means good day tomorrow.

Thanks Nik, it was a slog still , but not too painful as I sort of gave up on my pr half way which kills intensity with me, walked away at the end and full effort always leaves me on the floor.

Yea, you do that some times, if you arent hitting the pr you loos drive. I do it sometims too.

I usually don't lay down after the workout even if it kills me. I force myself to walk. Brady and I have gotten to walking our 400m route after real hard workouts. I almost always feel puky but never do. So I like to walk because if makes me focus away from the awefull feeling after the workout.
