I was thinking about doing ladders tomorrow using Chin-Ups/ Pull-Ups. Afterwards I was thinking about doing ladders with HSPU, then using 3x5 for KB Military Grinds ( 2-3 minutes rest). Afterwards, doing some KB swings or snatches. How does this workout look?

Thanks,

Dave

It looks like a good way to fall on your head doing HSPUs!

nothing wrong with the workout in general but be careful of how fatigued you are before trying to do any upside down work.

Looks good, I might do the pullup/HSPU ladders together, 1/1,2/2,3/3 - if I was doing it I would weight the pullups to "even" them out with the HSPUs.

And I wouldn't do HSPU and KB MP in one workout -why - both the same?
