Crossfit classic, it's me :)

hi, I'm 15 and I have trained Navy SEALS Crossfit for two weeks and before that, 4 month of regular training program in the gym.

Yesterday I was thinking, and I came to the conclusion that Navy SEALS Crossfit is not built for a 15, it is built for men who wish to join the SEALS, which I'm not.

So I want to start the classic crossfit workouts

besides, In the Navy SEALS crossfit I trained from the last paged while everybody else got the new goods

Anyway, tomorrow I want to do my first classic-crossfit workout.
I can't see in the site archive(unlike crossfit nyc ) or pages to move to, so I guess I should take my workouts from the current post? tomorrow's post - 3\2?
also, there is no boxes in my gym, any alternative?

I can't find the edit button...

I'm training 4 times a week - sunday monday wednesday thursday.
I see that crossfit workouts are everyday... emm what should I do?
When I have workout day - I will workout as needed, but at the workout day after the rest I need to skip the workout that was posted at my rest day?
or should I increase the number of my workout per week?
i'm confused :S

I'm also swimming after workout, is it ok?

David,

Crossfit is, according to the WOD, is 3 on 1 off workout. Others use a 5 on 2 off program. Whatever works for you. Without knowing your fitness leve scale the WOD of the "classic crossfit" and jump in.

Good luck.

you misunderstood me, I know I should train: 3 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off, but the posts are posted daily.
I'm confused, when a post is posted, should my next workout be on the post that I "should have" been doing or the current workout?

Just do the workout posted on the day you're working out. If, on one of your workout days, a rest day is posted, just go back and do the last workout you missed.

Also, swimming after is fine.

I have decided to increase the number of my workouts per week by 1 so I can workout like I should be and get results as should.

thanks

Re: Crossfit classic, it's me :)

your best bet may be to go back about two weeks and start the WOD right after a rest day. Then do the WOD's in order on the days you choose to workout. That way you have an idea of what you will be doing for the upcoming week.
