Re: Gina Johnson's Log

geez, i can't believe i read the wod wrong. I missed out on 3 extra rounds of Lups. Only did 1 set after doing both arms. Couldnt understand after posting my wod then viewing everyone else's, why my time was significantly shorter.
Either way it was still a good workout

Re: Gina Johnson's Log

forgot to post this from last week, did the 6 week program from the Buddy Lee Dec journal:
started w/ the 6th week
500 jump ropes - 5x w/ 60 sec in between sets

didn't think i could get through to 400 on the first set but got to 500 and then continued on. Afterwards legs felt like I sprinted.
Can't wait to do this again
Calves very sore for 2-3 days afterwards.

Wow Gina. How many times did you jump rope??Are you doing the DUs yet? I went to CF Albany yesterday and one guy did 33 consecutive DUs. Crazy??

Happy Holidays to you and yours. May the new year bring us health, happiness, prosperity and lots of PRs!!

Read up everything on the PM boards. Check out my blog and that of my new buddies Kim Dowse and Jay Cohen. We all have started getting donm to science, along with many others. Susie started a great thread here on CF boards too. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. It is awesome --IFing__and has really helped/worked!
