Actually, I got it a few days ago, slow and controlled. I built the strength with limited kipping (and thus a more difficult transition) muscle-ups. Didn't take very long, all things considered. I'll go find the exact dates.

Found it. I got my first muscle-up (I actually PR'd at four that day) on October 20, and a strict muscle-up two days ago. So it didn't take too long to develop the strict.

ok this is crazy that i havent posted in so long. holidays are to blame. I cant wait till they get here and GO! But then i say this EVERY year, when the day finally comes, i want it to last forever!!

Any who , i finally was able to do the WOD today!!!!!!

400 lunges time 11:17!!!!
17 sec slower then last time on Aug 31st! Thought I'd do better
Also todayullup program
25 nonstop and low dips
5 ring dips
10 pistols ea side
100 squats broken @ ea 25
10 KTE
500 non stop jump rope
10 front walkovers
10 back walkovers
10 sec handstand
10 sec paralettes
5 -3/4 hspu's

Dang Gina, I slugged all day, except for shoveling snow, and you're doing it to it. Now I do remember doing the 400 M walk around a certified track and I'm thinking my time was in the 12 minute plus range. You 11:17 is smoking, but I have to ask, did you use a track, estimate steps, or do you have a measured distance, cause I'm telling you, that time is brisk.....

Hi Jay and Sarena!
Thankyou ! Well, it's funny because all day I was sooooo unmotivated to work out. I just didn't want to make the time (just a lot of holiday stuff to do). It started to get dark and i said i need to get out there before i miss yet another wod. Anyway, I lunged on the grass in the backyard and didn't stop once. Knee touched the ground too each time. I just counted to 400 lunges.

Sarena, I think it was the cappucino/hot chocolate that helped right before I started! Oh yeah and maybe the whole bag of christmas chocolate crunches that were supposed to go in my kids presents i was wrapping but never made it !!!!

SO I shouldnt feel bad about the 37gr of 85%dark choc I just ate? Yup I weighed and measured too. SH, sh, though...dont tell anyone I ate the rest of the bar last night and couldnt bear to throw the last few bites out....espec as its the holidays and there are so many ppl without chocolate this time of year

guilt not allowed when your eating 85% dark chocolate, Sarena! I say no guilt EVER with how hard we work. I thoroughly enjoy cheating! Especially with those Christmas cookies right around the corner!!

i kept pace w/ Allie definitly need to do this on my own to get personal time
loved this work out so quick but legs were on FIRE!!!

Also: 4 rounds of:
60 sec/45sec/30sec/15 sec of
pullups
squats
push ups
no idea on time

today, Fran ....just had to fit this in today, unfortunetly I waited till 9:30 at night.
Time:8:08
21 reps 65#
had to drop to 45# on last 15 and 9 reps
all pullups dead hangs
can't wait this long to do a workout. When will i learn ? I might as well wait till tomorow. I would've done so much better
