New PR 245#.
Done today, felt really good, especially after my attempt last week at OHS(after a lot of good mornings the day before).

Started with the weight behind the neck and snatch-grip push pressed it up. Took a second to stabilize the weight, and then lowered under control A2A, pause, and popped right up.

Felt easier than the 225 that I did right before.

BW 235

Next time I go ME on OHS I'm gonna have someone video it for "digital coaching," And for posterity.

Few things make me happier than OHS improvements.

There's nothing you can say about a 245 lb. overhead squat other than that it's good. What an awesome, incredibly difficult lift.

OHS - a perfect blend of CrossFit principles, displayed in one movement. Great job, keep up the great work

Would love to see video of that.

I think this officially gives you the rank of "animal" -- well, at least in my book. :-)

PR Push jerk: 285 today. Pretty shallow catch.

Failed twice at 295. Three plates in my sights.
