Just thought I would give an update to everyone about the knee pain.

I took eveyones advice excpet for the part about seeing a doctor lol. Just thought before I go see a doctor I would work on it myself to see if I can get it better. I Even bought the book everyone is talking about, about the trigger point therapy. Although it was a great read. It really didnt help with the pain. Ether I am doing it wrong, or my pain has nothing to do with a trigger point.

Man this knee pain is really irritating me. The pain seems to travel from the outside of the knee, front of the shin, side of the calf, and the back of the knee also. The main source is the knee though. It seems like it is affecting other areas.

Anybody have any idea what this might be? I mean if it is a lagiment, or tendon. How do you tell if it is the lagiment, or tendon thats bothering me. Also if it is a trigger point. Maybe I might have skipped over something, or someone could recommend a spot for me to work on that I might have overlooked.

Buddy, the advice here is great, but even the esteemed and knowledgable sages of CrossFit can't assess you over the 'net.

Get thee to a doc! Let her examine you by looking and touching and watching you move the joint. Then perhaps she will alleviate you of your pain. Doctors fix things all the time.

Try it.

Yea man I know, but doctors arnt cheap, and why does my doctor have to be a she, how come my doctor cant be a he lol (just joking). Actually I think I have located my pain. Go here http://www.coventrypainclinic.org.uk/jointpain-knee.htm. Go to the Lateral Collateral Ligament, and click on the camera icon. I think its my Lateral Collateral Ligament that is bothering me. As where you can see where the Lateral Collateral Ligament is located. The pain I was talking about where it goes down into me shin. The Lateral Collateral Ligament seems to be connected to that area.
