Just started Sunday after hearing about this site, so far I'm loving it.

Well the soreness hit this morning, my body said don't get out of bed, but I'm determined so I headed to the gym.

3/22
Push press 3(95)-3(95)-3(105)-3(105)-3(115)-3(125)-3(125)

1 mile run for cooldown.

Last set of 3 were hard, but I did it. Feel like my whole body is aching from soreness, but I know it will pass.

OMG I AM SO SORE!

But I refuse to take it easy. So to the gym I went and ran into a fellow crossfitter.

Active rest day! Soreness going away finally.

Took care of the hill of weeds and mowed the rest of the lawn - 1 hr 20 min.

"Tabata Fight Gone Bad"

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:

Wall-ball 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) - 9
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps) - 7
Box Jump 20" box (Reps) - 10
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps) - 4
Row (Calories) - 5

Score: 35

Hard, hard workout, almost puked during the push presses, which is why my score probably sucked so bad towards the end, but I pushed out 5 during the 8th interval.

Time for some goals by the time I hit 30 (August).

100 on Air Force PFT.
30 pull ups nonstop.
Mile run under 6 min.

I don't think I went down far enough on the 3-5th rep, but the 6th and 7th were nice and deep.

Thursday 070329

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (Used 35# DB)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (60 tuck jumps)

47:33 (Includes walking from one part of the gym to another, in reality probably closer to 35 min if our stuff was closer).

Struggled on the KtE's did 20 then my shoulders gave out and I ended up doing 5-10 at a time.

Push presses did 30, took a break did 20 more.

Wall ball shots did 25, then 15, then 10.

Burpees...slow and steady lol.

Run 5 K

26:50

Struggled at about the 1 1/2 mile point, but I got my second wind and pushed it up till the end. I ran what equaled out to about 4 miles, the time here is for the 5k portion (~3.2mi)
