Folks, question:
Due to my schedule I can only dedicate 2-3 days a week to CF. However I found that I can often combine 2 wods on one day. Granted I am not always lifting the most weight or getting the best times, but it's still a heck of a workout. Has anyone else tried this approach? Do you see any negatives? I would just hate to miss these great routines...

Emil-

Be very wary of over training! I know Coach has worked with a number of people who can train only 3 days per week. It is not ideal but it works well.

Thanks Robb, I am trying to be aware. If something doesn't feel right on that day, I'll just stop, pick it up another time.I've been training for different phases of my instructor certification, so it's been pretty much been "in-season" for the past year. Can't wait till January, when I can rest a little.
